根据教育部《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》、《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）》、《北京地区高等学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》有关规定，结合我校实际情况，我校2025年继续以“申请-考核”制方式招收国际学生，现将招生考核录取方案公示如下：
In line with the relevant provisions outlined in the Ministry of Education's Measures for the Recruitment and Cultivation of International Students in Schools, Higher Education Quality Standards for International Students Studying in China (Trial), and Measures for the Recruitment and Cultivation of International Students in Institutions of Higher Education in Beijing, and in combination with the specific circumstances of our university, we will continue to admit international students using the "application-assessment" system in 2025. The admission assessment and enrollment plan is hereby announced as follows:
一、招生计划
1.Enrollment Plan
2025年，我校拟在国际学生（英文项目）和国际学生（俄文项目）共计招收国际研究生20名，其中奖学金生10名、自费生10名。具体招生计划如下：
In 2025, our university plans to enroll a total of 20 international postgraduates in the International Student English program and Russian program, comprising 10 scholarship students and 10 self-funded students. The specific enrollment plan is as follows:
（一）国际博士研究生（英文项目）：奖学金生7名，自费生7名；
(1)International doctoral students(English program): 7 scholarship students, 7 self-funded students;
（二）国际硕士研究生（英文项目）：奖学金生2名，自费生2名；
(2) International master's students(English program): 2 scholarship students, 2 self-funded students;
（三）国际博士研究生（俄文项目）：奖学金生1名，自费生1名。
(3) International doctoral students (Russian program): 1 scholarship student, 1 self-funded student.
注：奖学金生：免交学费，免交住宿费，提供生活津贴和综合医疗保险。
Note: Scholarship students: Tuition and accommodation fees are waived, and living allowances and comprehensive medical insurance are provided.
自费生：学费、住宿费、综合医疗保险费由国际学生自行承担，不发放生活津贴。
Self-funded students: Tuition, accommodation fees, and comprehensive medical insurance fees shall be borne by international students themselves, and no living allowances will be provided.
二、考核方式及要求
2. Assessment Methods and Requirements
（一）报考资格审查
学校根据招生简章要求，结合申请人学术水平、品德以及在申请专业领域内的发展潜力，对申请人材料进行审核，确定符合报考资格、能够进入考核的人员名单。
(1) Eligibility Review
The university will review the applicants' materials based on the admission guidelines, taking into account their academic level, moral character, and potential for development in their chosen field, and will determine the list of candidates eligible for the assessment.
（二）英语语言能力（英文项目）、俄语语言能力（俄文项目）及中国概况知识考核
(2) Assessment of English Language Proficiency (for English Programs), Russian Language Proficiency (for Russian Programs), and General Knowledge on China
英语语言能力（英文项目）、俄语语言能力（俄文项目）及中国概况知识考核采用面试的方式进行，考核专家组对申请人语言听说读及交际能力、中国概况知识掌握情况两个方面进行考核，两方面各25分，总分50分，合格线为30分，不合格者不予录取。对于单项评分低于15分的，须由考核专家组综合其考核情况进行审议，审议不通过的，则不予录取。
The assessment of English language proficiency (for English programs), Russian language proficiency (for Russian programs), and General Knowledge on China will be carried out in the form of an interview. The assessment expert group will evaluate the applicants in two aspects: language proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and communication skills), and their knowledge of China's general situation. Each aspect is worth 25 points, with a total score of 50 points, and the passing score is 30 out of 50 points. Those who fail will not be admitted. For those with a single item score lower than 15 points, the assessment expert group will conduct a comprehensive review of their performance. If the review is not passed, the applicant will not be admitted.
（三）学术水平和综合素质考核
学术水平和综合素质考核采用面试的方式进行，考核专家组将根据专业培养要求，全面考查申请人的遵纪守法意识和道德品质、综合运用所学知识的能力、对本学科前沿知识及最新研究动态掌握情况等，参考申请人材料，测评其是否具备研究生培养的潜能和综合素质。学术水平和综合素质考核总分100分，合格线为60分，不合格者不予录取。
(3) Comprehensive Academic Knowledge and Skills
The assessment of Comprehensive Academic Knowledge and Skills will be carried out in the form of an interview. The assessment expert group will, in accordance with the professional training requirements, comprehensively examine the applicants' awareness of law-abiding and moral character, ability to comprehensively apply the knowledge learned, mastery of cutting-edge knowledge and the latest research trends in the discipline, etc., and with reference to the applicants' materials, evaluate whether they have the potential and comprehensive quality for postgraduate training. The Comprehensive Academic Knowledge and Skills will be scored out of 100 points, with a passing threshold of 60 points. Those who fail will not be admitted.
三、录取
3. Admission
对于通过资格审查、各科考核成绩均合格且符合国家录取要求的申请人，学校综合考虑国家需要和社会公共利益，按照“德智体全面衡量、择优录取、保证质量、宁缺毋滥”的原则，分别对国际博士研究生（英文项目）、国际硕士研究生（英文项目）、国际博士研究生（俄文项目）的申请人，按照考核总成绩由高到低的顺序进行排名，根据各项目、各类别的招生计划确定拟录取名单。
Applicants who pass the eligibility review, meet the required scores in all assessments, and satisfy national admission standards will be considered based on national needs and social interests. In line with the principles of "comprehensive evaluation of moral, intellectual, and physical qualities, selection of the best candidates, maintaining quality, and prioritizing qualified applicants over unqualified ones," applicants will be ranked according to their total assessment scores, from highest to lowest. The final admission list will be determined based on the enrollment plans for each program and category.
拟录取名单在学校官网进行公示，公示期为5日。公示期结束且未收到异议，学校在完成2025年招生录取相关审批手续后，最终确定录取名单。
The preliminary admission list will be posted on the university’s official website for 5 days. Once the publicity period ends and no objections are received, the university will finalize the admission list after completing the necessary approval procedures for 2025 admissions.
