The holiday will last for three days, from April 4 (Saturday) to April 6 (Monday). Classes will resume on April 7 (Tuesday).

Safety Tips for International Students

1. 校园安全管理 / Campus Security Rules

离校前请锁好门窗、切断电源。需遵守学校安全管理规定：不私拉电线，不使用大功率或劣质电器，充电时做到人走断电；不在宿舍堆放杂物、存放危险品，严禁使用明火设备，禁止在室内吸烟；电动自行车及蓄电池不得进入宿舍楼存放和充电。

Before leaving the campus, please ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed, and all power supplies are turned off. All students shall strictly abide by campus safety regulations: Do not privately wire electricity or use high-power or substandard electrical appliances. Unplug all charging devices when leaving your room. Keep dormitories free of clutter and hazardous materials. Open flames are strictly prohibited, and smoking indoors is not allowed. Electric bicycles and their batteries are forbidden to be stored or charged inside any residential buildings/dormitories.

2. 财物安全 / Safety for Personal Property

不要将姓名、身份证件号、信用卡号、银行卡号、网络密码、二维码或者其他私密信息告诉陌生人。

Do not disclose your name, ID number, bank card numbers, passwords of any smartphone apps, QR code on your smartphone or any other sensitive private information to unknown people.

3. 防止电信诈骗 / Alert for telecom and cyber fraud

警惕冒充国家机关工作人员、银行工作人员、公司客服人员，通过电话、网络和短信等方式，设置骗局，诱导打款或转账的犯罪行为。如碰到类似情况，请及时拨打110报警处理。

Be wary of fraudsters impersonating staff from government agencies, banks, or customer service who attempt to induce you to make payments or transfers via phone calls, online messages, or text messages. If you have encountered such scenarios, it is wise to call 110 to report to the police.

4. 交通安全 / Traffic Safety

出行要严格遵守交通规则，注意交通安全，选择乘坐正规公共交通工具或正规运营车辆，不乘坐非正规营运车辆和陌生私家车。

Strictly observe traffic rules and prioritize travel safety. Please choose licensed public transportation or legally operating vehicles; do not take unlicensed vehicles or private cars arranged by strangers.

5. 宗教活动 / Religious Activity

请各位同学在《中华人民共和国境内外国人宗教活动管理规定实施细则》指导下开展宗教活动。在校园等公共场所，不能从事传教、不能组织宗教集会等活动、不允许散发宗教宣传品。

All religious activities shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules for the Implementation of the Provisions on the Administration of Religious Activities of Aliens within the Territory of the People's Republic of China. Proselytizing, organizing religious gatherings, and distributing religious publicity materials are prohibited on campus and in all other public areas.

6. 禁止毒品 / Stay away from drugs

在中国，任何涉毒行为都将会受到法律的严厉惩罚。包括走私、贩卖、运输、制造、非法持有、提供、吸食或注射毒品，强迫、引诱或欺骗他人使用毒品等等。大麻在中国属于毒品，严禁非法使用。

All drug-related activities, including smuggling, trafficking, transporting, providing, consuming or injecting drugs, as well as coercing or inducing others to use drugs, will entail severe legal consequences in China. Marijuana is classified as an illegal drug in China. Smoking or using marijuana is strictly prohibited.
